Pat E. Goodwin, CPC is an executive coach, trainer and career development professional.

Pat spent 8.5 years with Drake Beam Morin's Austin, Texas office serving for over 7 years as the Managing Consultant. During her tenure, she worked with thousands of clients in career transition, facilitated multiple workshops with a strong focus on clients moving forward successfully to their next opportunity. She was directly responsible for overseeing the Austin office, hiring for multiple projects and managing more than 30 consultants.

Prior to joining DBM in 1997, Pat worked 3 years for a
boutique outplacement firm specializing in assisting senior level clients.

Pat is the former owner of Austin Career Consultants, Inc. and partner of Career Consultants Temporaries, a highly successful staffing firm in Austin, Texas. After owning the firm for nearly 13 years, she sold in 1994.

Pat is a co-founder and Past President of the Capital City Association of Personnel Consultants as well as Past President of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants. She was awarded the prestigious Norval Locke Award for lifetime achievement in the personnel industry. Over the years with DBM Pat was honored with several top-level awards for delivering outstanding customer service to clients. She has been active in the Austin community for a number of years having been a member of:

The Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce
Austin Human Resource Management Association
Women’s Chamber of Commerce
Capital City Association of Personnel Consultants
The Texas Association of Personnel Consultants.

Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from
Concordia University and is a Certified Personnel Consultant.

Her passion is working with clients providing guidance and career direction, coaching and/or training. Her clients have benefited from her expertise in articularing their accomplishments in a more clear, confident and concise manner. Pat has developed a training program that guarantees a client to improve their success when preparing for the interview and during the interview process.
